Until recently, however, there was one common trait that all shared, they were all written and bound on paper.

Farewell to the mouse?

aircraft-mouseMG Siegler, in a recent article on TechCrunch, speculates about the future of one of our most trusted input devices, the mouse.

The question posed in the article is a simple one: “Is the mouse dead?”  Honestly, until reading this post I hadn’t given it much thought. Beware of Facebook Worms

Even though Facebook has had phishing scams for quite some time, it seems they are appearing more often lately. The worm sends out additional attacks under the victims Facebook account. This is causing this to spread rapidly. The worm collects Facebook login information either through fake login pages or cross site scripting. This is also known as XSS.

The fake login portion of this worm is very simple. The attacker setups a page that looks exactly like the real Facebook login. Then the attacker sends some of the links to potential victims. They click the link, which takes them to the fake login. The victim might think that they had been logged out so they have to enter their login information again to view the sent page. Of course that’s all it takes to hijack a Facebook profile.
