Free FAFSA Financial Aid Workshop

WHAT: FAFSA Financial Aid Drop-In Workshop

WHERE: Fountainhead College of Technology Auditorium

The general public is invited to drop by and get help from Fountainhead's Financial Aid Administrators who will guide visitors step-by-step through the process of filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA form in order to acquire financial aid.

During the workshop:

  • Complete the FAFSA form online at a computer station with expert assistance.
  • Learn about ~$2000 in grants available from the State of Tennessee (must qualify)

Once the FAFSA form is completed, you can apply to any school and receive the financial aid that you qualify for.

This workshop is offered to the Knoxville community as a free service. There is no obligation to apply to Fountainhead College of Technology.

CAN I WAIT?

The State of Tennessee (TSAA) grant money is available to students on a first come, first served basis. If you apply for this money now you will improve your chances of receiving this award worth approximately $2000, for those who qualify.

WHAT DO I BRING?

  • Estimated Income for 2011
Bring yours and your parent's estimated income for 2011 if you are under the age of 24, not married, have no military experience, and you do not have any dependents.
