3 Semester Credit Hours
This course introduces micro-controllers. Students are expected to learn the instruction set, addressing modes, bit manipulation, subroutines, loops, lookup tables, interrupts, programming techniques and some practical applications of the micro-controller. Lab projects are assigned to enhance understanding of micro-controllers. Prereq. CF201. Course contains 2 semester credit hours (30 clock hours) of lecture and 1 semester credit hour (30 clock hours) of laboratory work.
