In this course, students will examine advanced reimbursement methodologies as they relate to regulatory requirements and reporting. Diagnosis codes as it applies to billing and other financial aspects of health care will be covered. Labs consist of assigned practice and projects relating to topics covered. Prereq. – MC208. Course contains 2 semester hours (30 clock hours) of lecture and 1 semester credit hour (30 clock hours) of laboratory work.
