The CPT & HCPCS Coding for Physician Offices course is designed for students who have who have successfully completed the Basic CPT/HCPCS Coding course. This course provides hands-on instruction and detailed exploration of the principles of the CPT & HCPCS coding. Labs consist of assigned practice and projects relating to topics covered. Prereq. – MC109. Course contains 2 semester hours (30 clock hours) of lecture and 1 semester credit hour (30 clock hours) of laboratory work.
