3 Semester Credit Hours

Rapid Web application development, platform independence and network transparency can be achieved through the utilization of Microsoft’s .NET Framework.  This course focuses on using the Microsoft Visual Studio .NET environment and the Microsoft .NET platform to create ASP.NET applications that deliver dynamic Web content.  Students will learn good programming techniques and practices, the importance of object oriented programming and terminology. Labs consist of assigned practice, projects and/or case studies relating to topics covered. Course contains 2 semester credit hours (30 clock hours) of lecture and 1 semester credit hour (30 clock hours) of laboratory work. Prerequisite: PM205
