Allied Health Professionals must be able to communicate professionally with a diverse community to include patients, insurance company representatives, physicians, colleagues and more. This course focuses on the professional skill set as it relates to providing excellent customer service in a medical environment. Labs consist of assigned practice and projects relating to topics covered. Course contains 2 semester hours (30 clock hours) of lecture and 1 semester credit hour (30 clock hours) of laboratory work.
