Trained as an educator, he has a background as a university administrator and experience counseling groups and individuals. When counseling groups as a mental health therapist, he also has served as an expert witness in court. Counseling individuals as a financial adviser, he occasionally appeared on a TV talk show to discuss personal finances. He also has supported an international sales and distribution company, serving as Director of Import/Export, Purchasing Manager, Director of Inventory Control and Traffic Manager.

Ken Cox

Ken-Cox Ken CoxKen Cox has over 30 years in training management, industrial training, curriculum development and technical education. He served as Director of Education for two years at Fountainhead College while teaching Math and Electronic Technology. Previously he was a Training Consultant for the Municipal Technical Advisory Service (MTAS) at the University of Tennessee where he developed and delivered training for municipal employees across the state. Mr Cox was a Training Manager at MeadWestvaco Corporation in Richmond, Virginia, where he was responsible for employee training in areas including Management, Process Improvement, Diversity, and Productivity.  He worked as a Training Director for Westinghouse Corporation and as a Curriculum Writer for the University of Tennessee Department of Technical and Adult Education.

Sandie HancockSandie HancockMs. Hancock’s major areas of specialization are in American Literature, American Women Writers, and Feminist Literary Theory. She is the Director of Marketing, Sales and Management and owner of Hancock Photography. She was formerly the editor of The Talon (Hardin Valley Academy PTSA Newsletter). Previously, she was the Director of Marketing at Eventpix.com in Beverly Hills, California, and she served as Facilitator of Barnes & Noble’s reading groups. She was the Editorial and Research Assistant for Dr. Michael Lofaro’s book, James Agee: Reconsiderations and has given numerous presentations in the literary field.
