GreggJonesGregg JonesGregg Jones is the Department Head of the Radiological Protection Technology (RPT) Program at Fountainhead College of Technology. He is employed by EnergX, LLC, a premier provider of nuclear operations, waste management, and environmental services and provides critical mission support services to the Department of Energy and Department of Defense.

Mr. Jones has approximately 15 years of Operations and Instructional Technologist credentials across two DOE Nuclear Sites. He also has over 2 years of Emergency Preparedness Planning and Management credentials at the Pine Bluff Chemical Demilititarization Facility, (PBCDF), Pine Bluff Army Depot, AR. He has experience in nuclear operations, operations training, radiological controls, radiological theory, ALARA principles, radiological and chemical emergencies, conduct of operations, and regulatory compliance.

Terry MorrillTerry MorrillMr. Morrill has thirty-five years of experience in the commercial nuclear power electrical production industry. Twenty-eight years' experience directly in radiation protection and chemistry of pressurized water reactors. He held positions as a radiation protection technician, health physicist, radiation protection supervisor, chemistry supervisor, and radiation protection manager. He, also, served as an off-site emergency manager as part of a utilities emergency preparedness plan. He has extensive knowledge of pressurized water reactor chemistry and radiation protection subjects. He was part of start-up teams for two pressurized water reactors. He supervised activities during twenty refueling outages. He provided training for operations personnel on plant radiation monitoring equipment and off-site dose calculation methodology to chemistry and operations personnel. He is very familiar with U. S. Nuclear Regulatory regulations.

Dale PerkinsDale PerkinsMr. Perkins has an extensive health physics background including management, internal dosimetry, external dosimetry, assessments, training, nuclear nonproliferation, and emergency response experience. He is knowledgeable in Department of Energy and Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations as they apply to radiation protection. His training experience includes development and delivery of radiological control technician training at two DOE sites. He developed and delivered radiological worker training at DOE, commercial power reactors, and at the University of Florida.

Richard-Renne-webRichard Renne Richard Renne has three decades of experience in the nuclear industry largely with nuclear government operations. He has held leadership positions as conduct of operations instructor, nuclear facilities health and safety auditor, senior federal start-up and restart auditor. Mr. Renne has significant experience in overseeing the start-up of nuclear materials manufacturing processes. He is skilled in training and re-training of new concepts and in assessing contractor effectiveness. He has served as a nuclear health and safety operations and services advisor for the national and international use in the following areas: hazardous materials, weapon components, mixed waste, radiation safety, transportation and shipping, personnel, equipment, facility, health and safety, program oversight and disaster response.

Cecilia Searcy is the Manager of Health, Safety and Quality Assurance at EnergX in Oak Ridge, where she is responsible for the corporate H&S and QA Programs. Formerly, she was the Deputy Laboratory Manager for Eberline Analytical where, in addition to management responsibilities, she provided health and safety oversight including radiation protection and chemical hygiene training and qualification of laboratory personnel. Ms. Searcy has 22 years of experience with radiation protection and industrial hygiene and 16 years' experience developing, providing, tracking and evaluating training courses.
